Sun were engaged to develop and execute a highly targeted print and digital marketing campaign for the Coomera Collective development site located on the Gold Coast. Key focus on main selling points: location, location, location. Using captive audiences such a refined leads with direct marketing campaigns. Incorporating a brand and website to give location perspective within 4 seconds. Combining powerful design, imagery and creative copy for all digital platforms for quick and easy reference for potential lessors.

Our UI/UX team designed and developed a new dynamic website for the Coomera Collective to rapidly engage new users with the brand. The leasing section displays an interactive map built for fast enquiry on specific lot allocations. Sun Media gained the trust of a new target audience using strong branding, new emotive brand imagery, and strong bold hero statements with extensively researched copy on brand and in line with the company’s philosophy and marketing strategy. The primary focus is to market speciality retail. This website will feature on all digital listings and will be used moving forward as the shopping centre management digital marketing space.

With digital presence and coverage, the main objective Sun’s team supplied the digital assets and sales driven copy appealing to speciality and boutique lessors with medical, refuelling and service stations also targeted. These digital adverts were run in Real Commercial Elite Plus Listing and commercial real estate elite listing for maximum exposure.

Signage

Sun Media designed effective commercial real estate signage for the actual development site though the use of 2 signboards, one 8x6 and one 6x4. Showcasing the main USPs in sections with 2 images and all relative information for potential lessors. The mixed-use convenience centre displaying areas available, potential retail uses and carparking in line with the national brand style guide for Raine and Horne Commercial

Print Adverts

The team at Sun Media were engaged to design and create powerful commercial real estate sales driven focused copy inclusive of one powerful image and all USPs relevant to current site to be leased by 2024.
