Sun Media were appointed to create a dynamic yet timeless digital showcase to support Palm Lake’s sales and communication approach to both their primary and secondary target audience. Elegance and sophistication were at the forefront of mind throughout every step of our UI design process to represent the brand. The UX needed to be simple yet powerful. Our approach was paralleled with the detail applied to Palm Lake’s finished product – the Pinnacle of Luxury Resorts. We captured the revolutionary style and vibrance whilst communicating key messaging with strong call to actions throughout. The website represented the 38 resorts: featuring finance, lifestyle, new home designs and resales for pre-existing properties. Private inspections and info pack requests have flowed through the CRM daily.

Magazine Editing, Design + Production

 

The brief: to merge old with new and to produce a community-based print asset to be distributed Australia wide to potential new audiences whilst engaging the existing Palm Lake community.

Within 90 days we came up with the creative strategy, content planning and coordinated advertising for the newly assigned project – The National Palm Lake Magazine . The concept was to present the new resorts and state of the art facilities, whilst still shining a light on the pre-existing resorts Australia wide.

We coordinated national photoshoots, interviewed residents and defined assisted and aged care living keeping audiences informed and content relative. The Palm Lake Magazine was certainly one of a kind in production, produced biannually. The magazine provided investment advice and updated the readers of what was happening ‘Around the Green’ for the Palm Lake Resort bowls team. Sudoku, Match Up and Crossword Puzzles were weaved thought out with sales messaging in line with the national marketing strategy to support sale and encourage community involvement.

Video Production

With Sun Media managing all video production Australia wide, we armed ourselves with the best production house Australia has to offer and casted talent all year round to shoot countless hours of curated footage. We were engaged to shoot new resort campaigns and Open Day’s with vox pop and candid style direction and production.

Always shooting AV for TVC, web; square and rectangular format we created a production library full to the brim with content ready to be applied to our multi-faceted communications and marketing strategy in line with the brand.

Sun casted talent to resonate with the audience and set every scene with props, wardrobe, hair and makeup, with every minor detail well thought out or tied into the brand and messaging. We made the most of our time in the luxury resorts scheduling stills as well as video. These were for application on socials and to ensure the website had fresh with up-to-date content. Sun also managed the script development at time of storyboarding and aligned with production for each application and timing variation.
