Recognising their clientele’s demographics are made up of four different sectors Primarily, well-educated women aged between 30-65 frequent the salon most. Coming in a close second is the female Instagram generation, aged between 20-30 who are looking for perfectly post-worthy locks. Professional males from 35-60 consistently book every three weeks to be groomed; and finally, expat New Zealander women who live and work on the Gold Coast are loyal to the boutique salon. With this in mind we went to work to design and develop a website to appeal to all sectors, a new dynamic website to rapidly engage new users with the brand. To quickly gain the trust of a new target audience through the use of strong branding, new emotive brand imagery and strong bold hero statements with an easy-to-use book online system fully integrated with salon software.
