Struggling with their servers and allowing a number of customers to shop at once, we integrated RetailExpress with their POS management system. We also developed a packing and shipping system to streamline processes, decrease human resources and the amount of time involved. By making systems more efficient there’s less margin for human error which has in turn improved tracking from a business perspective.
