Struggling with their servers and allowing several customers to checkout at once, we integrated RetailExpress with their POS management system. We also developed a packing and shipping system to streamline processes, decrease human resources and the amount of time involved. By making systems more efficient there’s less margin for human error which has in turn improved tracking from a business perspective.
As part of a wider strategy, Sun Media Group managed all ongoing content and campaigns including article creation, e-mail, SMS and social media campaigns. We also developed the ’60-day Body Challenge’ to build a real connection with the target audience, and a loyalty program to combat their competitors.
