SPF Air and Electrical engaged Sun Media to create a new brand and website as a subsidiary to an existing business model. Our brief was to get the enquires coming throughboth online and through traditional phone calls. Keeping within the same brand colours we injected yellow to symbolize the electrical arm and blue to represent the air conditioning. The illustration style for website was adapted as a modern clean statement of the company, products and services.We implemented strong CTAs throughout the website to encourage users to convert. The sales copy was createdin line with their local SEO strategy and overall marketing strategy. Extra pages based on target locations were designed and developed, all leading customers back to the homepage with strong CTAs and messaging throughout.
Target audience profiling is our first practice with any new website, we then separated the market sectors and reverse engineered both the UX/UX and keywords to drive conversions. Next phase was fundamentally understanding the KPIsSPF Air Conditioning expected from booking new installs and service requests online. The functionally expectations were established to integrate the new website with the Service8 software to streamline administrative work including data collection, quoting, invoicing and payments.
